Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in Arizona
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 1 year medical clerical or customer service experience
  • Passing score of 85% on ECG or EEG test
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for behavioral health roles
