Key Requirements

• 1 plus years oncology outpatient PT experience
• lymphedema certified training
• Certification as a CLT a plus
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
• CAPTE accredited program completion
• Licensed in the State of Washington
• Current BLS certification
• Outpatient hospital experience preferred
