Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to ensure safety and quality active treatment for the people residing in his/her assigned homes and day placements through direct support and service implementation.
  • This position will report directly to the Director of Dogwood Resource Center and is involved in supporting the individual in every aspect of his/her life.
  • The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is an ICF certified facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing comprehensive residential care to citizens from 37 counties in the western portion of North Carolina.
