Job Summary

  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, while maintaining a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere.
