Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and guide areas enterprise-wide or for multiple technology functions, including software engineering, platform system development, information security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and/or PMO-Program/Project Management.
Set technical strategy and direction for areas of expertise, ensuring reliable implementation and operation of new technology or systems, and integrating strategic technology planning with business stakeholders.
Monitor performance of direct reports, provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs to support departmental goals.
