As Horeca Supervisor, you will be the sounding board for the team, standing on the floor with energy, overview, and timing to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You will coordinate the shift, coach and train employees in hospitality, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the presentation of the venue is top-notch.
You will receive a salary between €2,769 to €3,352 per month (38-hour contract), 8% holiday pay, annual bonus, travel expenses, and a night surcharge.

Key Requirements
Previous hospitality experience
Leadership experience in hospitality or retail
Minimum 22.5 hours availability per week
Residency in a Dutch municipality for the past eight years
