  • Custodial Care Ensure the safety, well-being, and personal hygiene of children while helping them feel secure and supported in their environment
  • Class Management Create a positive and structured learning environment through effective classroom management and the use of positive discipline strategies
  • Evaluation & Reporting Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, addressing any developmental concerns in collaboration with parents and supervisors
