Job Summary

  • You will lead a team of executives and service contractors for the management of buildings/facilities maintenance to support Authority's operations across multiple premises.
  • Your roles include overseeing facilities management operations, monitoring and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, and identifying utilities wastage.
  • Manage implementation of new initiatives including smart FM technologies, sensors and IoT devices, and manage customer service-oriented support services.
