Job Summary

  • The Certified Nurse-Midwife provides independent clinical management of essentially healthy people, including routine office well gynecologic care, management of minor gynecologic issues, antepartum/intrapartum/postpartum care, and immediate care of the newborn.
  • The CNM will work in the hospital, office-based, and health center care settings as a member of a collaborative care team consisting of OB/GYNs, CNMs, NPs, RNs, social workers, medical assistants, and nutritionists.
