Develop and communicate the overall capability vision and strategic direction for the software solutions within the value stream, considering business goals and market needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior RGM & TPM stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of TPM and RGM implementation experience
Proven record of successful TPM / RGM systems implementation in FMCG
Experience in Digital and/or Technology industry (IT department)
Extensive experience in technology leadership roles
Strong understanding of Lean, Agile, and DevOps principles
