Job Summary
Responsible for receiving and evaluating incoming ambulance service calls to provide appropriate level of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) assistance.
Utilizes multiple phone lines, six computer screens and wall monitors containing information ranging from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, telecommunications equipment, mapping software, vehicle tracking software, weather and traffic information to assure the safety of medical crews.
