Job Summary
This position is an integral role within M&T’s Mortgage Bankruptcy team that will execute day to day functions including the creation of proof of claim forms, review of bankruptcy plans, responding to attorney requests, monitoring for objections and responding timely to any objections.
Primary responsibilities include removing loans from the bankruptcy workstation, reviewing fees and costs, reclassifying fees, ensuring timely invoice submission, and applying funds in suspense before removing from bankruptcy.
This is a hybrid role requiring four days on site with the flexibility to work from home one day per week, and eligible candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance to Getzville, NY.

Key Requirements
4 years' experience and/or higher education
Minimum of 2 years' Mortgage Default and/or Bankruptcy experience
