Base: $228,000 - $342,000 USD (Pleasanton); Base: $190,600 - $342,000 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years AI/ML research experience
PhD or Master's in Computer Science
Deep expertise in LLMs and VLMs
Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
Proven track record of SOTA publications
Nice-to-have
Background in reinforcement learning
Experience with multi-agent systems
Strong communication skills for executives
Commitment to ethical and safe AI

Key Requirements
8+ years of professional AI/ML research experience
