Job Summary
This position is responsible for day-to-day technical support of end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices and networking software.
The role supports IT Administration activities, including assisting with hardware procurement, software licensing management, asset lifecycle and media disposal, audit and compliance coordination.
Scope of support is both U.S. domestic and international, with a focus on onsite work in Hillsboro, OR.
