Labcorp is seeking a Regional Phlebotomy Manager for the Chesapeake Region, responsible for overseeing operations, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant phlebotomy experience and strong leadership skills

Job Summary

  • Oversee the day to day operations of a region that includes supervisors and phlebotomists working in patient service center and/or client office locations.
  • Work closely with large accounts to support operational services through phlebotomy and ensure all policies and procedures are updated and implemented in each territory in compliance with state and federal regulations and company mandates.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 5 years or more experience in Phlebotomy
  • 2 years or more experience as a supervisor
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency (in lieu of work experience)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
