Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
  • Lead Workday's semi-annual release cycles, drive new module implementations and enhancements, and manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources.
