Responsible for serving as the health system lead in quality based regulatory reporting and recommending strategies to improve performance for overall outcomes and patient safety.
The Senior Consultant leverages knowledge of external quality-based programs, quality metrics, and internal reporting to educate all levels of staff and influence priorities and targets for improvement.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in MHA, MBOE, MBA or related field
8+ years of experience in a clinical setting
12 years preferred
Expertise in health care quality, safety and/or performance improvement
Knowledge of reporting programs for CMS, Joint Commission, Leapfrog, Vizient, US News & World Report
