  • SkillBridge fellows will receive training and mentorship to perform mission system performance analysis, coordinate technical workstreams, and support operational decision making.
  • This role requires an active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance and U.S. citizenship, with no compensation during the fellowship as fellows continue to receive military pay and benefits.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance
  • Mission system performance analysis
  • Cross-functional team collaboration
  • Operational metrics and data-driven decision making
  • Problem-solving with minimal direction
  • Onsite work at Buckley SFB

Nice-to-have

  • Presentation and briefing skills
  • Scripting and programming languages
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years engineering experience
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Must be on Active-Duty U.S. Armed Forces orders
  • Completion of TAP and transition requirements
  • Unit Commander or O4+ approval
