McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000; Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100; New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits
