This role will define and operationalize the standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks that elevate Medical Affairs execution, accelerate launch excellence, and advance healthcare delivery across markets.
Implement field diagnostics and AI‑enabled coaching/in‑call evaluation to enhance scientific exchange quality and adherence to standards.
