Job Summary

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager will co-lead the management of Specialist Clinics and Outpatient Pathology services, supporting coordination of nursing activities to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
The position supports initiatives that improve patient experience and contributes to quality, safety, and continuous improvement portfolios aligned with organisational strategic objectives.

Salary
Base: ANUM Year 1 $116,911.60 FTE prorated; ANUM Year 2 $120,848.00 FTE prorated; Benefits: As per Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Staff management and leadership experience
