NAPA is seeking a Store Counter Sales associate in San Bernardino, CA, who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a retail environment focused on automotive parts. The ideal candidate should have a background in automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.

Job Summary
As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs.
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $19.75 with pay progression within 12 months.
