You will own a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform managed as code via Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD while ensuring high-scale production reliability.
The role offers autonomy to challenge existing architecture and drive meaningful changes that directly impact the delivery speed of every engineer at Gong.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years DevOps or platform engineering experience
Deep AWS experience with high-scale systems
Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes in production
Fluent in Terraform, ArgoCD, and GitOps
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo Workflows
Proficiency in Datadog, Coralogix, Prometheus, or Grafana
Scripting fluency in Python, bash, or Node.js
Nice-to-have
Experience with big-data infrastructure
Knowledge of Java/JVM services
Multi-cloud experience with GCP or Azure
Autonomy to challenge existing architecture
Collaboration across R&D, Security, and Product teams
