  • Realizar o Recebimento, conferência e entrada de pedidos no Sistema; Consultas de pedidos para clientes internos e externos; Iniciar o processo de Rush Orders.
  • Contribuir na comunicação e solução das reclamações de clientes internos e externo; Documentar os pedidos recebidos e adendos de clientes internos/externos anexando-os ao sistema.
  • Trabalhar em parceria entre todos os departamentos a fim de cumprir com os prazos e politicas da companhia; Orientação e direcionamento de primeiros contactos de clientes documentando no sistema e a vendas.
