Job Summary
Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization, developing and executing strategies for driving adoption of global enablement programs.
Enhance the existing BDR Onboarding and BDR → AE advancement programs, and develop a comprehensive approach to in-seat BDR skill development.
Conduct in-depth needs and gap analyses, coach front-line managers and BDRs, and partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to deliver relevant content.
