The Nurse Practitioner, if providing palliative care, cares for patients facing chronic, complex, and/or life-threatening conditions at various locations within the flow of patient care.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Nursing required
Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice (Hospice)
Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience (Palliative)
Active and unencumbered CNS or Nurse Practitioner license
