Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years facilities or HVAC experience
Knowledge of chilled water and steam systems
Understanding of industrial piping and thermodynamics
Experience with air abatement and exhaust systems
Ability to analyze process equipment data
Nice-to-have
PE license or EIT certification preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Familiarity with ASHRAE Standards
Strong analytical skills for data review
Intermediate knowledge of pumps and pneumatics
Key Requirements
4+ years in facilities, mechanical systems, or HVAC design
PE license, EIT, or PMP certification (preferred)
Authorization to access U.S. export controlled information
