Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager for Author & Licensing Relations to oversee and negotiate contracts with content creators. The role involves managing a team, supporting editorial and product initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. ###

Job Summary

  • Drive successful strategy, implementation, negotiation and documentation of any contractual relationship we have with any outside creators/owners of content.
  • Support the product and editorial teams in discussions with authors and licensors, by overseeing management of author contracts and templates, handling escalation of issues related to contract drafting, estate management, royalty issues, succession planning, intellectual property rights and any other issues the arise between TR and any outside creator of content.
