The Financial Specialist will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance activities for major grants and special projects in North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri provinces.
The role requires close collaboration with program and finance teams, partners, and senior analysts to ensure timely submission of funding requests and accurate financial data for audits and donor reviews.

Use of Sun Systems accounting software
Compliance with donor financial policies
Coordination with partners and stakeholders

Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently under pressure
Fluency in French and English
Engagement and leadership skills
Key Requirements
First degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years grant management experience in NGO
Professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA preferred
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and grant accounting
Experience with Sun Systems, Vision XL, Vision Executive
