The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing staff.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as reporting errors and participating in quality improvement programs.
The role requires adherence to facility policies, maintaining resident confidentiality, and cooperating with facility surveys and committees.
