The role includes administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to support the nursing service department and resident needs.
The position requires participation in staff development, quality assurance programs, and facility surveys, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.
