Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master's degree in Biochemistry or related field
  • 3+ years industry experience in biochemical assays
  • Experience with 384 and 1536-well plate-based assays
  • Proficiency in fluorescence, HTRF, FRET, bioluminescence assays
  • Knowledge of small-molecule screening and liquid handlers

Nice-to-have

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in matrixed environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enzymology background preferred
  • Proficiency in HTS automation platforms
  • Experience with orthogonal biochemical assays

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Prior experience in small-molecule screening
