Must-have

  • Configure SCADA alarms and real-time calculations
  • Deploy PcVue CORE SCADA applications
  • Install AGC, AVR, and Biologic Curtailment Systems
  • Maintain protocols Modbus DNP3 OPC ICCP TCP/IP XML
  • Program SEL RTAC PLC with AcSELererator
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for National Control Center

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with GE WindSCADA Vestas VOB Suzlon SC Commander
  • Familiarity with Siemens WPS SGRE WindNetPro
  • Proficiency using AVEVA PI
  • Ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Self-motivating desire to stay abreast of latest technologies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in computer science or engineering
  • 3+ years experience managing communication protocols
  • Qualify to NERC standards including 7 year background investigation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High energy ability to work with little direct supervision
