Must-have
5+ years trade experience
Universal CFC EPA License
High Rise Fire Safety Director Certification
HVAC and Electrical system repair
Blueprint and single line diagram interpretation
CMMS system proficiency (Corrigo)
Emergency response availability
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Experience with major equipment installation
Positive demeanor when working with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Local 39 Apprenticeship Program preferred
Minimum of five years experience
Universal CFC (EPA) License required
High Rise Fire Safety Director Certification required
