Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Analytical testing of refrigerant molecules
  • Supervise analytical laboratory team
  • Advanced analytical techniques (GC/GC-MS, IC, FT-IR)
  • Laboratory instrumentation maintenance and calibration
  • ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards

Nice-to-have

  • Fluorochemical handling experience
  • Experience with ISO, ASHRAE, ASTM standards
  • Familiarity with design of experiments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or 7 years of experience
  • 7+ years of work experience in an analytical laboratory
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or coordinate work
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques
  • Experience maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instrumentation
  • Strong laboratory quality and safety practices foundation
