  • Employees must accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, or changes in resident condition promptly.
  • The role requires physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds frequently while standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
