Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, greeting visitors, answering calls, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
The role requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system, with no clinical involvement.
