Job Summary

• The Senior Regional Director will support the Executive Director of the Field Medical Team by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Regional MSL team, focused on educating community HCPs and Targeted Accounts on BeOne Hematology and Oncology FDA approved medicines.
• The incumbent will be accountable to develop regional and national strategies to support enduring and compliant relationships in Targeted Accounts and play a key role in the establishment of BeOne as a valued collaborator and best-in-class biopharmaceutical company.
• The role involves managing the RML team, ensuring compliant business practices, supporting Medical Affairs budget planning, and collaborating with internal stakeholders including Clinical, Marketing, and Sales.

Base: $258,400.00 - $328,400.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan or incentive compensation plan, discretionary equity awards, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

Key Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 6+ years experience
• MS level degree with 8+ years experience
• Management experience required
• Experience with malignant hematology and solid tumor
• Prior successful collaboration with home-office functions
• Working knowledge of Federal and State Compliance guidelines
