Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established procedures.
  • This role requires ensuring a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available to meet daily nursing care needs and maintain quality care.
