Job Summary

  • Maintains relationships with key internal and external clients, acting as the initial communication point and owning all client communication.
  • Gathers and analyzes new client requirements, collaborates with production to assess scope, and triages client requests for handovers to project teams.
  • Advises clients on best practices for translations and setting translation budget guidelines, and helps troubleshoot project issues.
