The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant account management experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to managing client relationships and project workflows
Job Summary
Maintains relationships with key internal and external clients, acting as the initial communication point and owning all client communication.
Gathers and analyzes new client requirements, collaborates with production to assess scope, and triages client requests for handovers to project teams.
Advises clients on best practices for translations and setting translation budget guidelines, and helps troubleshoot project issues.
