Job Summary
As a Lead Key Account Manager within our Specialised Insurance Group, this role oversees the HII and Trinity portfolios and leads a team of Key Account Managers managing complex workers compensation accounts across direct and broker channels.
You will lead, coach and develop a team of Senior Key Account Managers to deliver high quality portfolio outcomes, oversee strategic relationships across direct employer and broker portfolios, and act as senior escalation point for complex or high-risk accounts.
