Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual and dimensional inspection experience
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Proficiency with hand gages and measurement tools
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and sampling plans
  • Experience with Oracle Quality modules

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of GD&T principles
  • IPC certification preferred
  • ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standards knowledge
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to train others in inspection techniques

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year of work experience as a Quality Inspector
  • Associate's degree or related inspection experience preferred
