Job Summary
The role ensures the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the vessel while motivating the crew to observe company policies.
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the Safety Management System, including conducting familiarization and training for deck personnel.
The position requires maintaining the seaworthiness of the Company and preparing the annual Master's review of the Safety Management System.
