  • The Account Specialist manages customer orders from inquiry to paid invoice, resolves errors in shipping and pricing, and researches and resolves customer complaints and order issues.
  • Position may also manage the coordination, scheduling and the delivery of a variety of supports services to the facility including general human resources and communication, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and purchasing activities.
