The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must possess a valid and current Certified Nursing License in good standing with the CDPH licensing board free from disciplinary actions.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
