The role involves administering financial aspects of contracts, maintaining records of maintenance activities, and liaising daily with client representatives.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based 5 days a week on the client site in London.

Must-have
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Experience with CAFM or IWMS platforms
Knowledge of ISO9001 principles
Strong data analysis and numerical reasoning

Working towards AAT finance qualification
Previous facilities management experience
Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
