Job Summary

• The Director of Corporate Development is primarily responsible for leading/supporting all aspects of corporate development that includes but is not limited to acquisition and divestiture process for the enterprise to support Apogee’s growth objectives.
• Key responsibilities include developing an acquisition strategy and pipeline, managing special projects, and defining merger, acquisition divestment, and alliance strategies.
