This role supports Case Management teams by providing up-to-date technical guidance and training specific to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
The position involves undertaking technical functions including reconsiderations, appeals, and reviews of compensation entitlements while coaching team members.
EML offers a diverse collaborative culture with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once fully trained.
