The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting all accidents/incidents, coordinating with nursing services, and performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, deal tactfully with various individuals, and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
