Job Summary

  • The Lead Anesthesia Technician/Technologist is responsible for the supervision of all other Anesthesia Techs to ensure routine duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with practice standards.
  • Collaborates with the Charge Nurse to prioritize room turnover and set-up of anesthesia equipment and supplies for procedures with efficient and effective use of available resources.
  • Facilitates training of new hire employees and continuing education for Anesthesia Tech staff.
